Herb Omelette
Ingredients

tablespoon butter |

1/4 |
cup total fresh oregano, parsley and bean sprouts |
|

1 |
tablespoon grated cheese |
|
|
1 |
tablespoon salsa |
|
|
2 |
eggs, beaten |

Cooking Instruction
Heat butter in omelette pan until sizzley. Toss in herb and sprout mixture and cook 1 minute. Add eggs and cook undisturbed 1 minute. Lift edge of omelette with spatula so uncooked egg falls onto pan and cooked part is lifted up with the herbs. Add cheese and salsa and cook until nearly done. Roll 1/2 of omelette onto other half. Turn off heat and let sit in pan or on your plate for a little while to finish cooking the center. Recipe serves 1 |
