tablespoons onions, chopped |

tablespoons green chilies, chopped |
|

teaspoon garlic power |
|

teaspoon chili powder |

eggs, beaten |
|
|

ounces bean sprouts |

tablespoons butter |
|
|
1 |
ounce grated cheese |

|
Cooking Instruction
Saute onions, chilies, garlic and chili power in 1 tablespoon of butter, set aside. Pour eggs into hot buttered omelette pan. When omelette begins to firm, sprinkle on saute mix, bean sprouts and cheese. Fold in half, cook a few minutes more and serve. Recipe serves 2. |
